📅 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. Our goal is to remain flexible while respecting the time reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations

• 24+ hours before scheduled service:
  Full refund or no charge

• 12–24 hours before scheduled service:
  50% of the booking total will be charged

• Less than 12 hours or no-show:
  100% of the booking total will be charged

Airport Transfers (Special Considerations)

• Flight delays: No penalty with verified airline delay

• Flight cancellations: Eligible for full refund or reschedule when notified promptly

Because apparently airlines still enjoy chaos.

Rescheduling

• Changes made 24+ hours in advance: No fee

• Changes within 12–24 hours: Subject to availability

• Changes within 12 hours: May be treated as a cancellation

Wait Time Policy

A complimentary 15-minute wait period is included. Additional wait time is billed in 30-minute increments at $62.50 to maintain schedule reliability and service quality.
